My research interest focuses on on semiparametric/nonparametric inference, high-dimensional data analysis, machine learning and personalized medicine, with important contributions to clinical trials, observational studies, survival analysis, causal inference, and missing data. I have co-authored over 300 papers, most of which have appeared in first-tier statistical and medical journals. I am a Fellow of the American Statistical Association and a Fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics.
Projects:
Improving dynamic treatment decision using trials and real-world evidence, Precision analytics for mental disorders using high-dimensional biomarkers
