Maggie Makar is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering. Her research focuses on developing robust and efficient machine learning and causal inference methods with applications to healthcare. Prior to joining the University of Michigan, she received her PhD from MIT and held positions at Google and Microsoft.
